Hizveren stated that they were very happy to be able to participate in ITM 2022 with their Turkish partner MatTex and stated that they had the opportunity to meet with many companies from the textile and printing industry. Reminding that they have not been able to meet physically with their customers for a while due to the pandemic process, Hizveren said; “It was both very enjoyable and very productive to be able to meet face to face again after a long time. "We had visitors with a wide variety of profiles from both the management, production and marketing departments of the textile industry, and this fair was a great opportunity to spend a little time with them and explain our technology to them in person," he said. Stating that there was great interest from every country and market in the Kornit Digital stand throughout the fair, Hizveren stated that they hosted many foreign visitors beyond their expectations and that the prominent countries in this sense were Iran, Egypt, Georgia and Eastern European countries.
Kornit Digital makes a difference in DTG and DTF printing with Atlas Max and Presto S
Nathalie Hizveren stated that the DTG (Direct to Garment) printing segment continues to grow and take a share from traditional printing, with both the decrease in the quantities on the printing side and the increase in personalization demands, Atlas Max and Presto S He stated that their innovations provide impressive advantages at this point. Hizveren stated that products produced in high quantities sit in warehouses for years without being sold; “Atlas Max is a technology that solves exactly these problems. "Whether it is one piece or hundreds, the cost is the same but the options are unlimited," he said.
On the Meter Tracing (DTF - Direct to Fabric) printing side, Hizveren stated that Presto Max has attracted a lot of attention since its launch; “Think of a technology, you can print without pasting and without the need for any pre-treatment and post-treatment, and the product that comes out of the dryer of our machine is a finished fabric. "With almost no water consumption and low energy consumption, the process is shortened and many items such as time and labor are saved," he said.
Hizveren said that the biggest question mark in visitors' minds is usually about colors, and at that point, as a result of Kornit Digital's ink and chemical composition, an extremely vibrant and wide color gamut was achieved. He stated that it surprised the producers in terms of quality. Hizveren also added that they were able to obtain very special and value-added prints thanks to Presto Max's white printing capability, and reminded that all of Kornit's inks are produced in line with globally accepted sustainability standards and have all the necessary certificates such as Oeko-Tex and GOTS.
Hizveren also touched upon Custom Gateway, also known as Kornit He stated that they could view the product and also create their orders.
